Meatloaf

Savannah's 2nd favorite dinner.......

Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (I use the 93/7)
1 packet Mc Cormick sloppy joe seasoning mix
1/2 package saltine crackers crushed
1/2 cup ketchup (I don't really measure this, it may be a bit more)

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You may have to mix with your hands to get everything mixed well.

Spray a casserole dish with pam, and put the meat in and form a loaf.

OPTIONAL- My mom would always lay a couple pieces of bacon on top for more flavor. I do not do that.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Serve sliced up with ketchup drizzled over top.

I'm gonna start "the meatloaf war" by posting my turkey meatloaf recipe! :) Isn't it funny how we all begin with a recipe called "Meatloaf" and they all turn out SO different??
